MBSA can be run offline (if the machine being used to scan is not connected to the Internet). If using it in this configuration, it is necessary to ensure the latest updates are used.

/wi = show all updates even if not approved on the WSUS server.
/nvc = Do not check for a new version of MBSA.
/nd = Do not download any files from the Microsoft.com web site when scanning.Flash player 9.0.

I'm sure I could succeed with both MS Paint and Adobe Photoshop, but I'm looking for some program made to create such images. I feel like everyone is using the same program to create such images (because they all look the same).Does anyone know what program I could use in order to create such images?
Open the MBSA console from the Start Menu.
Download Latest Mbsa Cab File
Click ‘View existing security scan report’.
