I understand that you would like to know on how to get additional sound schemes for Windows 8 as by default it shows only 2 schemes “Windows Default” and “No Sounds”. Unfortunately, Windows 8 does not come with additional sound schemes as in the previous Windows Operating System. But, we can definitely download different themes with custom sounds from theWindows Themes website and then install them to get additional sound schemes for your Windows 8 computer. To do this, you may visit theWindows Themes website by clicking on this link:
You may now filter the themes to display only the themes with custom sounds. For that click on the link which says: “With custom sounds” on the left pane of the website page. You may now select your favorite themes shown in that page and then download and install them.
