Wow Lag Issues Windows 10
I built two computers recently for a friend of mine. His one PC has the exact same internals as my PC which are as follows:
AMD FX 8350 Vishera
Geforce GTX 1070
16GB RAM
different mobos
750W Corsair PSU
The PC that I built for my friend has extraordinary FPS in World of Warcraft whereas the PC that I built for myself actually has major stuttering and FPS problems. No, its not an addon issue - I already disabled all those and did the WoW troubleshooting. I am started to think there is a bottleneck or hardware related issue. It could be hardware or something maybe in the game settings that could be causing the issue?

If any in-game settings are set too high for your computer, you may notice a performance loss. Lower your in-game video settings in the System menu to improve performance. I'm from China, using Windows 10 Pro/Chinese system language, on a MSI GT70-2OD 885CN Gaming Laptop, with a Nvidia GTX780M video card，and an Intel 4600 integrated graphics card, 32 GB RAM and 1TB Crucial M550 SSD.
My system froze every 3~15 minutes, no matter if I watch a video or play a game,with one second of 'Scratched CD' liked things, repeating one tone of sound and one frame of video, and the pointer stopped moving, then it goes away.
Then I accidentally found that every time I change the wallpaper,or click on the 'Power' icon on the right of the taskbar,my system would froze for a second,the pointer would stopped moving,even during watching a video, I didn't touch anything, the graphic card would switch between themselves automatically, and the MOST IMPORTANT THING IS,the color of the power indicator LED on my laptop blinks like WHITE-ORANGE-WHITE,which means that the graphic card are switching between [INTEGRATED INTEL--NVIDIA--INTEGRATED INTEL],no wonder why the system are out of response!!
I removed Intel graphics card driver,then the lag never happened again,but I lost my control over screen brightness and refresh rate,there are clearly something seriously wrong with the card switching plan in the Intel driver,or compatibility issues between Intel and Nvidia,this is driving me crazy...
Anyway, is there any solutions before Nvidia or Intel release newer drivers, or I just have to wait?

- Fix: WOW World of Warcraft High Latency If the issue is with your Computer or a Laptop you should try using Reimage Plus which can scan the repositories and replace corrupt and missing files. This works in most cases, where the issue is originated due to a system corruption.
- Windows 10 horrible lag after download. Sometimes general problems that don't exist in Windows 7/8. Windows 10 killed WoW for me. The lag makes it unplayable.
