About the Original Quake

I successfully downloaded SP1a (o2ksr1a.exe), but when I attempt to install, I get the following error: 'Microsoft OfficeSR-1 Update did not complete successfully. See the log file: Office 2000 SR-1 Setup(0009).txt' I contacted MS and they directed me to this forum. I'm attempting to update to SP1a and subsequently SP2, SP3.
